As you can all see, I am not much of a blogger. I start to put a couple of posts up and then I forget about it and the next thing you know, a month and a half have passed and no posting.  I have been doing a lot of networking lately, although it seems that i always am. Anyway, my point is this.  The deals are great but yet many of you are still sitting on the side lines waiting to see if we hit bottom yet.  I don't know when we will hit bottom, or if we already did.  What I do know is tht the deals are great and if yousit on the sidelines too long you may just miss the boat. Dont kick yourself in the butt 2 years from now saying could have, should have, would have. ACT NOW!!!

As I sit here and think about all the ups and downs of the last year it makes me take a bigger look at things.  I think about our freedoms and all the great things we have here in this great country called the United States of America. I think about the men and women that gave their lives so I can be able to choose what I want to do and when I want to do it( as long as my wife says it is ok...ha ha). As you come in to this holiday weekend please be sure to thank our service people for all they sacrificed to keep us safe and continue to give us the freedoms that our brothers and sisters died for decades ago.

As many of you know, my company is a business member of CFRI(Central Florida Realty Investors) . www. CFRI.net ) and IRC ( Investors Resource Center).  I do what I can to go to the monthly meetings for both.  I am very happy to see the new people that keep coming every month to these meetings.  It is good to see new people coming into real estate investing.  That means that people are starting to feel like we are at the bottom.  I tend to agree but that does not make things any easier our there.  Just remember, your profit is made on the buy. 

May 12, 2008.  Times are tough, or so they say but its hard to imagine with all this pain and troubles people are having there is millions of dollars to be made out there.  What we need to do is find a way to overcome the challenges and change with the market.  Everything evolves and so must we.  For all things we do, we should do for the glory of God!!!

I know I dont post stuff at that often but I am going to try and pick it up a bit.  Maybe I can get some useful stuff on here.  I hope you are all seing what I am seeing and hearing.  It looks like things are picking up a bit.  We just may start to get busy after all.  I hope so. 

As you can all see, I finally finished my house in Cocoa Beach.  The rehab from ----.( you know where).  It came out beautifully.  I wouldn't mind living there myself.  Now we just have to sell it.

What a great weekend.  I was lucky enough to attend the Central Florida Realty Investors(CFRI) expo this past weekend and all I have to say is "WOW".  It was exciting for me to see all the new investors that see the opportunities in this marketplace.  This is the time that people are going to be talking about years from now saying how they should have bought houses and then there will be the smart ones who will be millionaires saying they did buy lots of houses.  I know I will be the latter of the two.  How about you? Please call us if you need help on any of your deals.  We work with distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales,  bad tenants and all kinds of other issues.

Happy New Year!!  I hope you are all as excited as I am for the new year.  I wanted to let you know that If anyone is looking for qualkity construction in Brevard County, TKI Construction does a great job at a fair price.  Also, do not use D & K Home Repair and Improvement.  They are not qualified to do most of the jobs that they advertise.

As we near to Thanksgiving,  I am thankful that even though the real estate market is not what it was I look forward to the amazing year we are planning for next year.  This is the time to buy those houses.   For those that are on the sidelines, don't let the next 12 months pass you by.
