Where do you purchase properties?

How does the process work?
We try to make the process as easy as possible. First, we get all the necessary property information. Then we will look at the property and figure out the current market value based on current sales in the area and what we can pay for the property as investors. From there, we will make you a CASH, AS-IS offer with NO commissions. Closings are usually within about 30 days. Are there any charges or fees?

Do I need a Realtor?

How are you different from those other guys?
We are a locally owned and operated company. We are not some franchise or big company that does not take the time to look at your situation personally. Some companies are not even from this state. They just look at some information on the computer and make a “blind” offer. The owners of New Beginningz review EVERY house to make sure that we are giving as fair of an offer as possible. Do you need an appraisal?
No. Not if you do not want one. The average appraisal costs about $300. We will do almost the same thing that an appraiser does and will not charge you a dime for our service. (back to top)
In what price range do you purchase properties?
